Dealer Review of the IPT-550
As a dealer, I did a quantity and quality test on the IPT Pellet Grill.. It was something that I had to do just for the heck of it. I want to tell you it passed every test I could throw at it. Totally amazing..
I did two different tests. One of the test where I cooked 8 racks of beef ribs on the bottom row and 4 whole chickens on the top rack (with the optional stainless steel folding rack) You would think with all of that meat, it would have loaded it down beyond cooking, let alone cooking evenly. Amazingly so, not only did the ribs come out perfect, but the chicken also was perfect.. The chicken juices dripped down on the ribs keeping them moist. The moisture from the rib juices kept moisture in the smoker to where all of the meat in the smoker actually got steamed and smoked at the same time. What a wonderful concept!
Second test was 12 beef racks of ribs. You are saying yeah right, how can I get that much on that smoker? Guess what? I did it! 12 racks of beef ribs. 8 on the lower level, 4 on the optional top stainless steel rack. I set the smoker on 250 for 2.5 hours, I then wrapped each rack up with foil paper and put them back in the smoker for another 1.5 hours. I took them out of the smoker, unwrapped them, put the grill heat on high and sauced them up to finish them off.. 12 racks of one of the best beef ribs that I have ever made..
Without a doubt, the IPT Pellet Grill can handle an unreal payload of meat and yet produce amazing quality. This is one of the reasons why I became an IPT Pellet Grill dealer and also personally use it in every competition that I do. I simply want to win and IPT Pellet Grill IS the winner!
