3 Year Warranty

IPT Pellet Grills Company warrants this barbecue grill against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for a period of three (3) years from the date of original purchase.

IPT Pellet Grills Company will replace or repair at our discretion without charge (excluding labor), any parts supplied by IPT Pellet Grills Company that is proven to be defective. We reserve the right to replace with an equivalent replacement if the original model no longer stocked; and without regard to color. This warranty is valid only within the specified appropriate period from date of purchase, and applies to only the original purchaser. The warranty is further restricted to the units to have been used solely in a residential application. This warranty also only applies if the unit has been used and cleaned as recommended and not damaged due to abuse, misuse or negligence. In the event of a warranty claim, the owner will be required to provide proof of purchase (please save sales receipt). There is no exception to the proof of purchase requirement.

This warrant will not cover any damages that might be caused by the product. (Some States do not allow such limitation, so this reference may not apply to you)

IPT Pellet Grills Company, reserves the right to inspect any unit reported to be defective prior to any replacement of the Grill or parts. All decisions are final. Warranty Replacement specifically EXCLUDES all transportation and any labor costs for the removal or reinstallation or sending back of the product both ways.

IPT Pellet Grill Company shall not be liable in case of:

• Improper installation/modification
• Damages resulting from abuse, such as heavy impact or dropped objects
• Improper care and maintenance
• Improper application (such as exposure to corrosive chemicals, photographic solutions, etc.)
• Painted surfaces, matching touch up paint is available
• Any modification made to the product after it left IPT Pellet Grills Company premises
• Commercial Application

This Warranty supersedes all other warranties, expressed or implied.
